Nowadays trying to quit smoking cuz bein screwed by many of my female frenz...even my ex...well trying to find some method to stop....n some of the methods below i'm trying rite nw...
-Method 1-
Nicotine Gum(Currently consuming)
Nicotine gum is a sub for those light or heavy smokers...thr's 2 kind of nicotine gum which is categorize by the amount of nicotine level...2mg or 4mg...i knw both of them contain more nicotine den cigarette which is 1.5mg oni....well to those hu wanna stop i suggest u all to buy dis,some of my frenz said it taste lik shit..believe me u'll enjoy it as it helps u 2 stop smoking...

Shisha(Pending)
Shisha is a kind of inhale-exhale thingy also...bt personally i tink it's better den cigarettes cuz d smoke u inhale is filter by water n heat by charcoal...isn't it attracting?You can try it out at places like Rasta,tmn Tun or d restaurant beside d oug central...or maybe if u gt alot of money 2 use n u wanna quit smoking jz 'get it frm petaling street,you can get it thr for like RM65 a smaller version.'Quoted from Wan.....

This method?Maybe u hv to suffer if u try this,as u all knw if we stop smoking suddenly your body will turn into PEPSI's tag line....'Ask for more'....bt for cigarettes it's 'Ask for More NICOTINE'....you'll eventually fall sick,I mean really sick!!!Sore throat,running nose,cough n fever will gang bang u like crazy but it is just for a period as ur body is trying 2 live without nicotine...
So dat's all for 2day...wanna play maple nw..cioz every1...n baby..miss u alot...
